Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) is a program that allows eligible Alberta Health Services (AHS) Home and Community Care clients to take an active role in managing their home care services. Through CDHCI, clients may select a home care agency that is registered with Alberta Blue Cross to deliver approved services.

Who is Eligible?

Be an Alberta resident with a valid Alberta Health Care card
Complete a home care assessment through Alberta Health Services
Be approved for CDHCI funding
